Want a free ride? Here are three easy steps to get our absolutely FREE shuttle from Auckland Airport to our JUCY branch:
Step 1
Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the incredible New Zealand fresh air for the first time! Grab a takeaway flat white (it’s a Kiwi’s fave coffee).
Step 2
Collect your bags and call us on 0800 399 736 or +64 9 374 4360 to request your free JUCY shuttle ride. Our shuttle runs between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
Step 3
International Airport - Turn right when exiting customs and make your way to Door 5 and cross the pedestrian crossing to the furthest pick-up lane. Please wait there for your free ride to arrive.
Domestic Airport - exit Door 5 and cross the pedestrian crossing to the furthest pick-up lane. Please wait there for your free ride to arrive.
Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is bright green and purple, so it’s almost impossible to miss us!
We’re excited as you are about picking up your JUCY car – it means your adventure is about to begin!
Here’s what you need to know when collecting during office hours:
- You can collect your hire car between 8:30am and 3:45pm, daily.
- If you’re arriving at Auckland Airport, catch our free shuttle bus between these hours.
- From downtown Auckland, catch the SKYBUS to the airport for the cheapest option and pick up our complimentary shuttle from there.
- If you prefer a direct ride, an Uber usually costs around $40-50.
After-Hours pick-up is unavailable until further notice.
Dropping off your car is easy. Here’s how:
- Be sure to fuel up, remove your belongings and any rubbish, and lock the car.
- If you’re dropping off between 8:30am and 4:00pm daily, hand your key to our awesome crew.
- Our free shuttle can take you to the airport, the last shuttle is 30 minutes before closing time.
After-hours drop-off
If you’re returning after hours, check the vehicle is locked before dropping the keys in the box on the gatepost. You’ll need to organise transport to the airport from the branch. We’ve thought ahead and left a cab number on the gatepost in case you forget to organise before you arrive!
